Do you ever get an out of body feeling?

I had this feeling a little bit earlier at work, sometimes I get it really bad before I get a stomach bug. It's a strange feeling, you just don't feel right. It's almost as if your soul left your body, and your in control of your soul but you're a second behind the actions of your body. Have you ever had this feeling before?
