Apparently, there are no more. In fact, the site famous for them and maybe the only one worth mentioning, Freenom, no longer has .tk, .ml, .cf etc. for free.
But, on the bright side,. tk, along with some other domain extensions, don't have hefty yearly renewal fees at certain registrars.
