I think in my opinion, you have work work with trusted posters whom are known not to be using AI tools for content generation. And I'm not sure how search engines are punishing AI (or if they are).

Many people NEVER use AI. I am quite sure search engine companies use some kind of special software that can help them detect AI. There are various different kinds of software that can help with that.
