I can’t find details about FreeHost, but they are offering good deals according to some forum posts. Nomad is already a member there, so you can update this thread if someone wants to join a reliable and affordable hosting provider.
I’ve used IPVPS in the past, and they provided good hosting and support as well. However, in the early days, they did face some issues.
