Should you do offline marketing of your website?

There are many people who like to market their websites online. This also includes promoting their website on social media as well. However, I have also noticed that many companies also promote their website in the offline world as well. This includes promoting sites on billboards. Many companies also promote websites on cars as well in the form of sponsored advertisement. What do you think?

Stats still show newspaper ads as powerful and I'm surprised.
