Hosting Chatter

Some might not need hosting support that much so if there's an emergency, it might not be a big deal to pay.

But what should people pay? Consider that a lot of hosting, itself, if very inexpensive.

Support is very important for me, you never know what issues you will be encountering. One of the reasons why I have been using namecheap for the last 10 years is because of their support

If my site is down, the last thing I would wish for is a slow or unhelpful support. My hosting support has been up and doing.

Would you all pay for a support ticket or do you like it included?
